*Ground level apt. with 1 parking space.
*No smoking in unit and no pets.
*This unit offers off season (Sept. 7 - Mar. 7) 1-6 month rentals only per booking for 2 people only. Cleaning fee will be more than posted and damage deposit. Great for traveling nurses or workers.
**Must be 25 to rent & staying in the property-No parties-Major Credit Card & Our signed Rental Agreement required upfront with payment.
*Grills, & picnic tables, on site for all renters to share and outside beach shower and corn hole game.
*Local family owned & operated.

Everything was extremely clean. We turned off the bedroom air conditioner & temperature was perfect with ceiling fans & kitchen air conditioner. Very convenient location. Steps to beach & easy walk to Lighthouse. Short drive to Savannah. Host was very accommodating.

Enjoyed our two night stay. Stopped here on our way to Florida. Old school building brought back childhood memories. Clean and cozy for the two of us.
