This sizable cozy home gazes at the Pacific Ocean and is just a stone throw away from the local sandy beach. The hypnotic sounds of the ocean waves crashing, the salty beach air, a curious sea otter poking his head out of the water, this and more all observed from this beautiful four bedroom two bath home.
Three of the four bedrooms and the living quarters provide beautiful views of the ocean. Snuggling by the fireplace and gazing through the spacious windows that offer you an inspiring panoramic view of the ocean and with some luck you may get a glimpse of the majestic pod of Great White Whales that live in this area.
Stepping out to the sundeck and smelling the salty ocean breeze and hearing the roar of the waves with the only concern of which chair you should relax in.....

Clean, spacious and with an absolute stunning view. We’ve been coming here for several years and keep coming back. Love the walkable location. The kitchen is a little tired but very functional.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home, and it was perfect for our family get together. Location was perfect for quickly accessing everything we had planned and being right on the beach with an amazing view was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes, which I greatly appreciated as I cook everything from scratch. We have already shared this listing with a number of friends and are very much looking forward to returning with our family again.

This house is in an awesome location, although it is tricky to find and contrary to the photo the only beach access is a short walk ir drive.But the main thing is that the kitchen is poorly stocked. Cutting knives wouldn’t cut butter. And when you are cooking and serving nice food you need utensils that work. Staples such as sugar ( not small restaurant packets) of various types and even garlic salt or powder were nonexistent. Lazy Susan’s in top cupboard were so rusted and dirty that using anything is greasy and oogy.Cobwebs in corners of eating area in kitchen. Kitchen should have a user friendly trash bin as well. An industrial one that requires serious strength to lift off the outside shell in order to get trash bags out or in is totally unacceptable for older people. And the upside bucket inside it, used to keep the trash bag from falling down when in use has black grease and mold all over it. I had to spray it with bleach spray in order to feel even moderately better about a new bag. I pointed that out specifically to the cleaning crew. No inside cans for recycling of cans, bottles etc was provided. Foot of the driveway is not enough.Master bedroom has horrible lighting!! And the tiny bedside light had a broken light switch. A working bbq on the patio would have been great! That was a huge disappointment. As well as a patio table or picnic table for the kind of outdoor relaxing that people rent a home like this for. Overall nice. Rich gave early access too
