Very cheap
It is not a hotel but a shared appartment with three lockable bedrooms. Access is via a dark archway and then three flights of steps so not suitable if you are solo woman/heavy luggage. They provide earplugs as you are overlooking a busy road

Everything was fine. Comfortable bed and shower. Everything was clean. Also there was little kitchen near the room, with drinking water.
The hotel is located on the 4th floor in a building with no lift. The entrance is from a dark arch, not marked with a sign outside the building. You need to call the owner and find out how to get to the hotel. There is no light near the entrance to the hotel, so even the door without a flashlight was barely visible.

Apartment was clean, everything looks brand new, fresh, in good condition. It was exactly enough of all necessary stuff and facilities in the room. Kitchen is shared of course but also clean. Place has a good location - not far from the opera theatre and from the railway station either. Mini market and pharmacy just a few steps down the street. Consider that it’s a 4th floor if it matters for you.
I had a room with the street view, so it was just a bit noisy at the morning when the traffic starts. probably window doesn’t have proper soundproofing. But it doesn’t bother at night at all.
