Новий готель, чисто, є паркінг, легко добиратися до центральної частини міста. Є мікрохвильова, чайник, тарілки

Чудовий новий готель, усе новеньке, чистеньке. Чистий санвузол. Гарна нова постіль. В номері достатньо розеток. В наявності необхідний посуд та побутова техніка: чайник з водою, холодильник, мікрохвильова піч. Додатковий диван - величезний, зручний.
1. Добратись до готелю непросто. Бо гугл не каже, що це треба через промзону. Порекомендувала б оновити вказівники на шляху з Зеленої вулиці. 2. Фену в номері немає. Доводиться як в радянські часи бігати до адміністратора на рецепції. 3. Всю ніч у вікна світили ліхтарі з парковки. Штори на вікнах не спасали від цього зовсім. 4. Щоб отримати гарячу воду з крану треба було бути достатньо наполегливим та чекати дуже довго. Шкода великої кількості води, що витрачено через це. Але ж хотілося помитись принаймні тепленькою водою.
