Perfect for one person, like me. Good location, 15 minutes walk from the train/bus station, easy walk into town. Very quiet. Girls at reception spoke English.

I arrived in the dark, no way to get through the gate until someone came out. In the evening there was no-one at reception, I couldn't get through on the phone, waited till other tenants arrived and phoned for me. Would appreciate one or two English language TV channels, they were all Ukrainian.

Close to train station, security guard in the complex extremely helpful!

Bed not too comfy - its a cheap apartment close to the train station, great as a one night thing but longer than that might be uncomfortable

The apartment is located near the main railway/bus terminal which is on the outskirts of the city. For me it was perfect as I like walking when I go to explore new cities. The block was very secure and the people around seemed friendly. The member of staff who checked me in was very nice and friendly. General cleanliness was good, bed was comfortable. A good sized TV to watch if needed. Racks and hangers for clothes etc.

The apartment was very small. Also, to cook a meal and use the space for general day to day living would have been restrictive. There was just one set of cutlery, one mug, one glass and limited kitchen utensils but when you visit Lviv, you don't want to spend much time inside as there is so much in the city to see and do.

no one was at reception. we were clear we would arrive after 2. arrived at 4pm, no one was there, we never received a phone call, only a message through booking.com asking when we will arrive, but I was driving and couldn’t see it, we called the hotel number, she told us to find the security office, a key was left but we couldn’t pay with my US credit card because no one was there at the terminal and I had asked ahead of time if I could pay by card. my wife had to send money to their bank card. The walls in the room were thin, we could hear everything in the halls and people were knocking on our door late at night because no one was at reception and they wanted to know how to get a key. all that made it an unpleasant stay.
