This renovated Getaway Home is in a quiet South Nashville suburban neighborhood of established families that take pride in their homes and large well-maintained yards. It has a fully functioning new kitchen with granite counters and nice appliances and a BBQ grill in the backyard. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, One King bed and 4 Full-sized Double-Beds tastefully decorated for you to enjoy the comforts of home. A Sleeper-Sofa provides additional sleeping space for large groups. The whole house has wifi, internet and 2 HD TVs with 100 channels. Dining is at a table in the kitchen.
There is a washer and dryer available for you to use.

Property served our purposes well. Online listing was accurate regarding proximity to downtown, Opryland, etc. However, the property is also located directly under a heavily used airport approach and, if you are at the home, the very low flying aircraft on approach to the airport can make relaxing outside a challenge.
The property is clean, but somewhat dated (furniture, linens, etc could use updated and there isn’t a dishwasher. Owners/property managers were great to deal with and very responsive to questions, etc.

We spent the weekend with lots of activities planned so we didn't spend too much time in the house. The house had plenty of bedrooms. The beds were very comfy. But it's on the older side and needs some updates. The owners were very responsive which was good. A guidebook with instructions or recommendations or sign in book would be a nice touch. All in all it was nice and suited our needs perfectly
