Welcome to a comfortable, pet-friendly Nashville bungalow just 5 minutes from BNA and about 10 minutes from downtown Nashville. Enjoy a private fenced backyard, relaxing outdoor spaces, and convenient Level 2 charging with a Tesla J1772 Wall Connector.
THE HOME
This single-level home is officially a 2-bedroom property and comfortably sleeps up to 8. Sleeping options include 2 bedrooms, an office with a twin bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a queen air mattress available upon request, and a pack-and-play. The home has 1 full bathroom plus a half bathroom, a living room with a cozy gas fireplace, hardwood floors, a galley-style kitchen, and a laundry room with washer, dryer, and detergent.
The fully equipped kitchen includes pots and pans, dishes, dishwasher, stove, over-the-range microwave, refrigerator, and coffee setup.
OUTDOOR SPACE
Relax on the front porch swing or rocker, enjoy the deck and covered patio, or spread out in the large private fenced backyard. The outdoor space includes seating, a grill, and a firepit—great for families and approved pets.
EV CHARGING
EV travelers can charge at the house using the Tesla J1772 Wall Connector (Level 2). The J1772 connector supports compatible non-Tesla EVs; Tesla vehicles may require the appropriate adapter.

• Approximately 10 minutes to downtown Nashville

• Approximately 10 minutes to Opry Mills
• A short walk to Seven Oaks Park, with disc golf, tennis and pickleball courts, covered picnic tables, and a children's play area
The home is near Murfreesboro Pike with convenient access to Briley Parkway, I-24, I-40, I-65, and I-440. Lyft and Uber provide easy access to popular Nashville destinations, and the major bus line is about a mile away.

IMPORTANT POLICIES
• Pets are allowed only on a case-by-case basis with prior owner approval. The pet fee is $100 per pet; stays of one month or longer have a higher pet fee.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture, and pee pads are not allowed inside. Guests must take pets outside and clean up all pet waste. Uncleaned waste, pee-pad use, or evidence of pets on furniture may result in an additional cleaning fee of at least $100. Unauthorized pets may result in removal from the property and double the pet fee.
• Early check-in or late check-out is $75 when approved.
• No parties, local guests, or unauthorized guests. Unauthorized guests may be charged $100 per person and asked to vacate.
• No smoking inside. Smoking inside results in a $200-per-day fine. Smoking is permitted outside only.
• Quiet hours are 11 p.m.–6 a.m.
• Do not move furniture; doing so may result in a $100 fine plus charges for any damage.
• Do not park on the grass without permission, and please do not litter.
• Exterior video and audio surveillance operates 24/7 at the front, back, and sides of the property.

This was a delightful house for our long weekend with friends and family who were also nearby. The house was clean and exactly as advertised in the pictures. Kitchen is very well stocked they even thought of Tupperware, great for taking snacks on the go or a picnic. The hosts really thought of everything. Water bottles in the fridge, snacks in a basket, popcorn and the bucket ready for those night time munchies, a basket of essentials "in case you forgot something" in the bathroom and a plethora of yard games available. The outdoor decks and firepit were outstanding and the front porch swing so "southern". We did not have any canine companions but they had a special basket with provisions for them as well. Thank you for a great weekend! We highly recommend this oasis that is still close enough to downtown and the action whether you drive in or Uber it is an easy commute. We never felt cramped in anyway so many options for hanging out. Perfect!
