Treat the space with care 🏡: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.

We had to book a last minute VRBO to survive ICE STORM 2026! We’re very grateful to the host for letting us book and check in early to help us out…I can’t say enough how much it helped us! The condo is clean, pet friendly, close to downtown and other areas of Nashville. Plenty of space for everyone and kitchen has it all!

stayed here with some friends for my birthday and it was perfect! it slept the 4 of us comfortably but we could have easily fit more, check-in was smooth and communication was great! also there was a coffee shop about 10 steps away from our front door which was so cool! it’s in a great location and we had no issues getting ubers too and from the house, i would definitely stay here again next time i’m in nashville!

This was a good central hub for attending the Cherry Blossom Festival at Public Park, going out to dinner, and walking Broadway on a Saturday night. It was much larger than we needed. Very comfortable space.

I would stay here again. Only 10 min drive to down town. A few things need tidying up to help the inside look much better but that wouldn’t stop me from staying again. Over all it was a great place.
