Petra Visitors Hotel

Very pleasant, quiet hotel in a busy tourist town. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Dinner was served in a restaurant in the neighborhood, it was local and very good. We had breakfast on the hotel's roof terrace. It is necessary to highlight the extremely helpful attitude of the staff, especially always-present dear Mr. receptionist, who went out of their way to accommodate us in everything and helped us solve a problem unrelated to the hotel and beyond his duties. We highly recommend and thank you.

Very clean, spacious one-bedroom with a living room, in a good location near the Petra Visitor Center (about a 15 minute walk). Friendly staff and plenty of amenities, including a kitchenette, coffee, and water. Overall, an excellent stay.

Close proximity to Petra Visitors Center . Free Pvt Parking in front of the Hotel which gives u freedom . Hotel has a lift. We were given 2 Big Rooms with a Separate Sitting Area.. Acs had a heating facility as it was very cold in December. We informed the staff at around 11.45 pm that we will require a packed breakfast in order to visit the Petra Site early to avoid crowds and they help us with that ..We were contacted by Ahmad on whatsapp and he asked us about our check in time and we informed him about the very late check in .. Next Day when we were checking out late at around 1 pm, Ahmad did not ask us for any extra charges and he was very kind to provide us Tea and was helpful in providing prayer mats and gave guidance till we left the site Hotel is close to the market and restaurants.

Proximity to Petra Visitor Center. Room was clean and quite.

Parking availability. Dangerous in finding a parking space as this is a busy street. Lack of privacy when pulling into parking space. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Smell of sewer in bathroom. Smell of cigarette smoke in lobby.
