Ottima posizione per andare in qualsisasi spiaggia del sud Sardegna,appartamento ben curato e molto pulito con tutti i confort,comprensivo di lenzuola ed asciugamani che vengono sostituiti ogni 2 gg comprese le pulizie la titolare molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa.
Avrei gradito ci fosse stato un forno a microonde per poter scaldare più velocemente ma non indispensabile....

Buffet breakfast in the cafe/restaurant next door was good.
Rooms are spacious and clean.
Instructions for self check in were very clear and we checked in without any problems.
On site parking.
Toilet seat was broken and dismantled. Informed host about this but was still broken when we left (our stay was only 2 nights)
Shower - either hot water or cold water only. When you think you have lukewarm water, all of a sudden it gets either hot or cold
Mattresses not that comfortable

Great communication from the owner. Easy to find, I was given excellent instructions on how to get there and get in. Lovely and clean with fresh towels. We only stayed one night but it was Spacious to sleep 6 people. We got the bus into Cagliari, about 25 minutes away.

Ottima colazione, c'è il bar del gestore e lei è disponibile ad ogni esigenza. Buone le paste, la caffetteria ed il resto a buffet. La stanza è dotata di tutto per un alloggio lungo periodo (lavatrice, stendino, cucina, sedie da esterno)
La stanza da 6 ha un soppalco, molto basso però (non era chiara la presenza del soppalco nella descrizione camera). Le scale di legno fanno rumore, fastidioso di notte per andare in bagno e rischi di svegliare gli altri. Di notte scendere le scale è un po' pericoloso, o rischi di svegliare chi sta di sotto accendendo una luce oppure ti porti una torcia elettrica. Il bagno ha una fotocellula per la luce notturna, ma si accede anche se passi solo davanti al bagno senza entrare e rischi di svegliare chi sta di sotto.
