Enjoy fabulous views of the ocean from the kitchen, dining, living, and Master Bedroom and your own Wraparound patio- Huge! 5th Floor End unit with a Contemporary Kitchen, WoodTile flooring, Mstr Bath & Shower. Samsung 60 inch Flatscreen TV(Spectrum cable) Our condo includes Heated private pool for our guests, a Clubhouse oceanfront HEATED pool/deck, & heated pool across the street.
Early risers usually see dolphins playing from our balcony. Walk/drive to Marineland 1 mile, if you wish to visit or swim w/the Dolphins'!
With Championship golf courses nearby (Courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Gary Player) and practically empty beaches, Palm Coast is the best kept secret in Florida!
Combine the greatest golf in Florida with Awesome cycling/walking trails, THREE pools, a lovely clubhouse, and access to the Intracoastal Waterway and day dock (& covered gazebo) for boating, water-skiing, fishing, crabbing or just dreaming.
Other FREE on-site activities: Tennis( Lighted), Pickleball, BsketBall Backboard, shuffleboard, horseshoes, frisbee, skimboarding. Beach umbrella/chairs use are all FREE with your rental. Also an HONOR pantry with spices, oatmeal, coffees,( KEURIG Coffeemaker, Mr.Coffee, expresso), condiments, Olive oil,pasta, etc basics: just REplace whatever you use!

BOATERS - nearby marina is VERY reasonable & you can drop guests off at our private dock on ICW. Or just enjoy relaxing in our private beach chairs w/ colorful beach umbrella. Walk/Drive One mile to enjoy MARINELAND or enjoy their 'no rocks' River to Sea Preserve public beach.

Marie and Kevin were wonderful hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in their beautiful condo. We have rented through VRBO many times, but this time there was a problem with the VRBO payment link. We emailed, chatted online, and talked with four different VRBO customer service representatives and the link was never fixed. We contacted Marie and Kevin; they stepped in and made our confirmation happen. Because of them, we were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation. We hope to be back soon!

This was our third trip to Palm Coast and second time in this unit. The views are incredible up and down the breach and communication with the owners is prompt and clear. We are already planning our next trip back.

The condo does has a huge balcony but it also is furnished with kmart style plastic stacking chairs. The table is held down with a bungy and a 15 pound weight. Those chairs you see in the photos that look like Adirondack chairs are plastic. So the size of the patio is negated as it is not comfortable to relax on. Now imagine a zebra and then imagine a teflon sauce pan. That is the only sauce pan. I suggest you don't use it because teflon should not be eaten! There is what I image was supposed to be a valance in the small bedroom but it does not go all the way across the window and it is held up by thumbtacks. It appears ro be a table runner folded in half. There is decor in the master bath held up by thumbtacks also. The side tables in the master bedroom are covered with shelf liner like the one ypu buy at the dollar tree. I call it mismatched because nothing matches starting with dishes, furniture, bedspreads in the small bedroom, picture frames and patio furniture which also included 2 metal corroded bar stools. I don't know if the owners just never go there or they just don't care that all the furniture looks like it was purchased at goodwill. The sliding door to the patio from the master was dirty which was frustrating because we are there for the view. I will not rent that condo again. I felt like I was just there to pay their mortgage and not like I was a welcome guest who's comfort was important to the owners.
