Welcome to PARADISE! Enjoy carefree living in this beautifully decorated oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Surf Club is a ground floor unit with fantastic ocean front view both in the living room and owner’s suite. Tile throughout main living area si,in master bedroom and two single beds in guest room. Both bedrooms have new flat screen smart TVs and DVD Player. The living area has brand new furniture; a Queen sleeper sofa, recliner and swivel chair. Also, a new 43 inch flat screen smart tv and DVD player for your enjoyment.
Condo has cable TV and wireless Internet service so, bring your laptop.
Master bath has separate tub and shower with double vanities and one walk-in closets. Kitchen is fully equipped and breakfast nook has a table perfect for playing a game of cards or casual dining for 4. There is also a dining area that seats 6. Condo has a brand new, full sized, washer and dryer inside the unit. Over-sized 24' x 30' patio has a table for 6 and is perfect for entertaining, relaxing in the shade or soaking up the sun.
Boogie Boards, Fun Noodles, Sand Buckets/Shovels, Tennis Rackets, Volleyball, Frisbee, Board Games/Playing Cards, and DVDs are also available inside the condo for your use.
Surf Club Amenities: Surf Club amenities include a day dock on the intercoastal waterway that is great for fishing or enjoying a sunset. You have access to two pools, one of which is heated. A sports complex with lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, volleyball and pickleball is also available for your enjoyment. Surf Club is a gated community with a 24 hour security guard. Surf Club is centrally located between the nations oldest city, St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. Feed or Swim with the dolphins at Marineland, which is within a mile. There is also a public beach at Marineland and a beach area on A1A at Mantanzas Shores on the intercoastal side. There are also bike/nature trails to explore at the park, Washington Oaks, south from condo on A1A.
Attractions in Palm Coast: Water activities such as surfing, sail boarding, jet skiing, boating, kayaking, fishing or just enjoying the private unique coquina beach are all available.
The beach is available for Surf Club guests only. If you love golf, there are numerous golf courses nearby, including Ocean Hammock Golf Club, The World Golf Village and PGA Hall of Fame are only forty-five minutes away. Just a few minutes away is the state park of Washington Oaks and its botanical gardens, and the historic Fort Matanzas site with guided tours. Don't forget to visit St. Augustine's Lighthouse and the Alligator Farm. Many great restaurants are also in the vicinity. Marineland, with its fascinating marine life and exhibits, is one mile north. Also at Marine Land, there is a public beach. St. Augustine, with its historic sites, shops, restaurants and galleries, is twenty minutes to the north and famous Daytona Beach is thirty minutes to the south. The entertainment attractions of Universal, Epcot, Disney World and Sea World in Orlando are only ninety minutes away. Kennedy Space Center is nearby. Major Airports are also nearby in Daytona, Jacksonville and Orlando.

We stayed for almost 1 month. When you rent somewhere you have to remember there are the potential for problems, just like at your own home. The important thing is how the owner handles any problems that arise. We had a couple of issues but Rhonda did everything she could to make sure things were taken care of as quickly as possible and we have no complaints.The condo is decorated well, had all we needed, the bed was very comfortable, the beach is a very short walk and the patio is amazing. You can see the ocean and hear it.Most days the beach was like a private beach with few people. We would definitely consider staying again.

Despite the chilly weather, we totally enjoyed our stay at Surf Club. The grounds are gorgeous, the pool is beautiful, (and warm!) and everything is well maintained.Our unit had a perfect view of the ocean from the kitchen to the master bedroom. We awoke to the sunrise over the water every morning…what a way to start the day! The condo was clean and comfortable and our hosts, Rhonda and Michael, were always gracious and available.We are already looking forward to staying here again next year.

My hosts were quick to answer my questions and solve problems. First, the problems. Upon arrival, we did not have access to the patio. I had no idea that the door from the living room was locked from the outside and the handle on the bedroom door was broken. I called the owner and he sent over his handyman. The handyman took the handle from the living room door and put it on the bedroom door and we could get to the patio through the bedroom only, as the living room door needed extensive repair. The TV would not connect to wi-fi. The owner gave me the number to customer service. They checked everything out and the wi-fi was good, so they gave me the customer service number to the TV company. The TV company emailed a link to virtual troubleshooting and I followed the steps and solved that problem. Now for the good stuff. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated for Florida. The ocean view was beautiful. We enjoyed the awesome sunrises with our morning coffee from the patio. St. Augustine was a straight shoot along the coast and very easy to get to. We spent 3 days there. My favorite thing to do was collect shells. The boardwalk to the beach was close. Shells along the rocks were plentiful and I could fill a small bucket in ten minutes. I collected about 5 buckets of pretty shells to take back home. I even found 2 crab claws. My husband enjoyed fishing. We came from Michigan to check out the weather and it did not disappoint, neither did the condo.
