About this house rental
All the comforts of home in this cozy, private, 3 bedroom, 2 bath beachside house. Located between A1A and the Atlantic Ocean. A lovely stroll from the house to the dune to enjoy a day at what feels like your own private beach. Only the people that live here use this beach... and you.
To the dune is about a 10 minute walk from the house to the beach. I've "clocked it", it's exactly a half mile.
Just 3 miles North you'll find Marineland where you can spend a day swimming with the dolphins, snorkel, or scuba dive, in what is now the only 450,000 gallon, ocean-fed tank, a wonderful experience.
30 minutes North you'll find Historic St. Augustine, so much to see and do it's a must. A half-hour South you'll find World famous Daytona Beach, Nascar fans this is a must.
Orlando and all of its attractions are worth the ride, easy to get to and from, can easily be a one day trip from here.

Love the outdoor eating area and very comfy private backyard. Also enjoyed the large tube. Beach is very close. I'm Florida born and bred and it's the perfect Florida beach house. Quiet neighborhood - which I greatly appreciate. Not too far from anything. House was clean. Beds are comfortable. Furniture was comfortable. A nice collection of board games. I found the flowering vine that is growing up and over the old chimney so quaint. It's looked like it was friend from it. The vine covered one window was perfectly whimsical - loved it

Plenty of space with clean rooms. Host had a lot of information about the area and check in was easy. They left the toll bridge card so I didn't have to pay or go around to avoid the toll.

Couple of issues that needed to be addressed at beginning of stay and host responded immediately. She and her husband were great. Very nice people!

Sweet little cottage, reminded me of going to my grandma’s house. Comfortable and cozy, great location near the ocean and good restaurants.
