CEREJA Hotel & Resort Dalat

This place has amazing breakfast buffets. Truly a wide selection of things; they take long before replenishing some of the things - would have to go ask them if we can get the fruits replenished so something they can work on. The location is definitely about 20 mins from the city and its hard and expensive to rent a bike from them. But next to the lake which is beautiful. Only thing is, if you want to explore the area around the resort you need a motorbike bc it takes to long to try and walk everywhere. Bike rental was about 250 000 dong ( very expensive) and its not even 24 hours, just untill 10pm. There are shuttles that take you to the city - one at 11am, 2pm till returning one of 4:30pm.

There was no AC, the Tv didn’t work at all ( had to go ask reception and they said its in “process” of getting upgraded- whatever that means… ). So it’s advertised as having a TV but just know, it doesn’t work. Phone didn’t work in the room. The walls are also very thin, this resort area is a very family orientated place so could hear kids screaming 6am running in the halls every morning. If you want a place to relax and get proper sleep in, I would maybe reconsider. Maybe we were just unlucky but lots of families with children and babies constantly screaming and reception doesn’t do anything about it or have any rules about noise. The motorbikes was extremely hard to get. Always out of rentals, so if you can’t use a motorbike, you can’t really easily get anywhere else. Can’t buy water, the only ones there is is the small water bottles they replace each day when cleaning- and obv need more water than a tiny bottle. This is also just a personal preference- but as it is a resort - I would think that they would spend some effort to tell you what attractions are around you or give you some brochures, but they didn’t give any information- for me thats a sign that a hotel/resort has good staff that cares about your stay - maybe something they can work on

Location was good.

Breakfast was not good and the qty was insufficient to meet the weekend demand. Most main dish finished before the breakfast end time. The premier room booked was King bed in the online option but only twin beds were given and no king bed available. The booking.com states 'access to lounge' for premier room but there is no lounge in this hotel.
