This place is gorgeous! It’s a great escape from noisy Hanoi or Saigon. We stayed only one night, but definitely coming back!

Maybe we traveled during off peak season hence may not stay true to all , however, the staff ( especially receptionist ) very helpful with excelent attitude
Hotel services covered all our needs even transports
Things can be improved
Breakfast menu to be more variety
Making use of Tuyen Lam Lake resources , we wouldn't mind paying extra for activities by the lake or use boat going around . At the moment there's no activities offer for such a nice lake !
