    We took our family up here for a short vacation to celebrate our boy's birthday. We were attracted to the architecture of the building when we were looking for a place to stay and it did not disappoint. It is probably one of the more architecturally unique buildings we've come across, from the exteriors to the interior spaces. As you arrive, you're greeted by this structure which looks like a cross between a castle and high-rise hobbit housing. You would through a regular entry way and it opens up to a huge reception, with sofa benches surrounding a tall what I could describe as a steampunk art piece. The ceiling reaches all the way to the height of the building and opens up to a sky light that lets natural light into the space. Internal staircases reminds me of the halls of Hogwarts. The earthy tones and use of natural stone and wood is well thought out. Very tasteful finishes and a good layout of the room. Our Woodland room is not that big but it was expected for the 4 of us, 2 adults, a teen and toddler. It is just cosy enough and the room smells great. A minor issue though, there wasn't space enough for our luggage, so the lived on the floor for our stay. Breakfast came with the room. It was limited and basic but still quite tasty. Perhaps it was the off-season, so the buffet spread was only available on the weekends but otherwise it was quality stuff. The staff were all very warm and friendly, some have a good grasp of English language too. We love their uniforms which I feel the hotel took a lot of care to made them all look the part. As part of our stay package, there is the thermal mineral salt bath that is in the basement. The water was nice and warm, and relaxing. Overall great experience, 10/10 would recommend. We will come back at some point. Thank you for the great experience Fantaisie.

    The location is perfect, not too far from the central but still quite enough. The facilities are well-maintained. The staff were very very supportive. The food was nice also. Overall, great value for money with everything clean and efficient.

    Unique Hotel, Felt i stayed in Potter's world. Everything was so detail, woody and mysterious. Onsen Spa was big bonus!! Another credit is hotel breakfast, high quality and delicious! I will be definitely return to this hotel if i come back to Da Lat. Clean and Silent!

    This hotel is amazing and beautiful, like living in a castle. The staff go out of their way to be extra helpful and kind. The mineral hot spring and sauna was so relaxing. 10/10
