Beach Haven 7 is located just 100 yards from the beach in the quiet LEHYC area of Beach Haven. There are 7 bedrooms in total. The house is technically a duplex with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs and 3 bedrooms and 1 bath downstairs. Both units have their own fully equipped kitchens. The upstairs master bedroom is located on its own level and has a king sized bed, a 40' flat screen TV, and a really nice private bathroom. On each of the main floors there is a queen sized bedroom, and 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. Both the upstairs living room and the downstairs living room have a 55" 4K Smart TV. Bamboo hardwood floors are throughout the home. There is a dining deck off the living room off of each main floor. There is a rooftop deck which walks up from the dining deck and offers great ocean views. There are two outdoor showers and a patio in the back yard with a large gas grill. The home has central air in the upper unit, and ductless units in lower unit. Other amenities include Free WiFi throughout the house, cable TV, dishwashers, washer and dryer, microwave, pots and pans, toaster, coffee makers, blender, glasses, and dishes. 8 beach badges are provided.
Service Fees: Service fees are solely determined by, charged by and paid to HomeAway/VRBO. These fees are not controlled or collected by the owner.
Taxes: HomeAway/VRBO is required by the State of NJ to charge and collect 11.625% tax on all rentals processed through this site.
Prices: Prices vary by season, nights booked, and listing service. We do not price match.

3. No pets permitted. Please note, if you or someone in your group has a severe pet allergy.... While we do not allow pets, our house is NOT “pet free” as pets have stayed in the house previously. While our house is cleaned thoroughly throughout the year, we cannot say that it is “pet free” or free of all pet allergens.
4. There is one external security camera on the front of the property overlooking the driveway/parking area.

I love that you can control the heat on the first floor by room for comfort.

We have rented for many years at different beaches along the Jersey shore and all of us agreed that this place was better stocked with utensils, pots, etc. than any place we've ever rented. It is located conveniently and was comfortable and clean. We are already talking about renting for a week next year!
In addition, the owner, Tim, is extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. He responded immediately to all questions. Thanks, Tim!

Rented both units for a wedding weekend with extended family. We had plenty of room and parking. My concern was that we had young children and safety. This rental has a fenced in large back yard perfect for kids. It also has a big eating patio perfect for large family.
It’s close to the beach, so getting kids there was easy. The owner is terrific and renting was a breeze. Most of all the owner allowed me to rent for the long labor day weekend, all the other rentals I contacted required I pay for the entire week even though all we would be able to use was the weekend.
Great beach rental.
