Our home is a duplex located just 100 yards from the beach in the quiet LEHYC area of Beach Haven. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the lower unit. The unit features one bedroom with a queen sized bed and 2 bedrooms each with 2 twin beds. The living room has a 55" flat panel HDTV. Bamboo hardwood floors are throughout the home. There is a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a dining deck off the living room. There is an outdoor shower and a patio in the back yard with a large gas grill. The home has ductless air conditioning units in the living room and all of the bedrooms which cool the entire floor. Other amenities include wireless internet, cable TV, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, pots and pans, toaster, coffee makers, blender, glasses, and dishes. 4 beach badges are provided. NO CLEANING FEES.
Service Fees: Service fees are solely determined by, charged by and paid to VRBO. These fees are not controlled or collected by the owner.
Taxes: VRBO is required by the State of NJ to charge and collect 11.625% tax on all rentals processed through this site.
Prices: Prices vary by season, nights booked, and listing service. We do not price match.

4. Sheets, Pillowcases, bath and beach towels ARE PROVIDED. There are comforters on each bed and blankets in the closets. Pillows are provided and covered with waterproof cases but are not sanitized between guests.
5. Pet Friendly: Guests are welcome to bring ONE (1) dog with fee. The following breeds are excluded: Doberman Pinscher, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Chow chow, Wolf dogs and hybrids, Presa Canario (Canary Dog), Akita, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Alaskan Malamute, Bullmastiff, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Great Dane, Siberian Husky.
6. There is one external security camera on the front of the property overlooking the driveway/parking area.

Clean, good beach chairs, close to beach, outdoor shower on side of house should be availabke for both units (1st floor uses outdoor shower in back under stairwell). NoRooms good size, owner well-organized. Fridge could be bigger since space allows for it. I would rent again.

Beautiful modern property, everything is like brand new. Beautiful furniture, comfortable beds, nicely decorated, plenty of light. Very clean. Nice layout. Enjoyed the patio with table in front where we could sit and eat (even though it fronts on the street, the street in this lower part of Beach Haven is quiet and has little traffic). Very good beach access--less than a block. The beach is very nice here and not crowded since the properties in the area are low rise and not jammed together. All together a very nice, well kept neighborhood.

Great first floor unit. Quiet neighborhood and one block from the beach. Close to Bay Village, grocery, liquor store, ice cream, etc. Unit was clean and everything worked properly (appliances, air conditioning, etc.). Only *minor* qualms would be that you can hear footsteps from the upper unit quite loudly, and that there was only one parasol in the shed. Would stay again!
