Wonderful experience! First time renting here with my husband and 3 year old daughter, although I've been renting in LBI for years. Fantastic location right next to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and Bay Village shopping. The condo is clean and perfect size for a small family. Great deck outside to relax on. Pool was not open yet because it was too early in the season, but I purposely went early since we are expecting another baby to arrive late Summer. The owners are an absolute pleasure to work with...in fact we lost 5 days out of 7 due to bad weather and they offered us to go back the following weekend so that my daughter could have fun in the sun:) I will definitely be back next year to rent with them again!!! This was our 6th summer on LBI and Beach Haven and our most memorable. Joe and Mary Lee's home is perfectly situated to enjoy all the wonderful restaurants and activities Beach Haven has to offer without driving the car. Everything is within walking distance. Their home is just steps from the beach, it is tastefully decorated and very clean, comfortable and cozy for our family of 4. The kids loved the bunk beds! And we enjoyed the front porch for relaxing after dinner. The entire process of renting from the Gaffneys was stress-free and totally uncomplicated. This had to be one of our best vacations on LBI. Thank you Joe and Mary Lee for making your home available to us! We're already looking forward to renting again next year.

We stayed at Mary Lee and Joe's place and it was great. Can't beat the proximity to the beach. We brought our little one and it was perfect being that we needed to carry all the baby related items to the beach. Walking distance to great restaurants and shopping as well. The place itself was immaculate and a pleasure to be in. Highly recommend!
