Good location, very clean apartment, modern furniture. Kitchen is well-equipped. Check-in at the apartment was easy, and we were well informed.
The apartment is very dark; barely any natural light gets in. Ventilation is really only possible through the terrace door, which didn't seem safe to leave open overnight. At the kitchen window, the neighbor's cigarette smoke was coming in. (The kitchen window opened onto an interior air shaft, facing the neighbor's kitchen window, which they used for smoking.) An air conditioner would have been really nice to have. I wouldn't recommend it in hot weather, because it heats up quite a bit and is hard to air out. The mattress is very uncomfortable — it's already worn out/sagging. Personal preference, but we also didn't like the double-size blanket.
