The location of the property is wonderful. Easy walk to the lifts, ski school and the village. Kitchen is well appointed. Nice that the unit has two bathrooms. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable, and the unit has a cozy fireplace, which is great. The property has an outdoor heated spa & pool and common area pool table, which were nice additions to our stay.
Check in was not smooth. When we arrived, the lock box was standing open with no keys or parking pass in it. I waited on hold for over an hour with Vicassa to get help. We also tried the suggested chat/text help option to connect with a customer service rep with no success. I ended up connecting with a Gondola Resorts representative that answered my message through the Bookings.com website. One of the showers in our unit did not work well, so all of us used the master shower.
