Superb

Valentina is the best host ever! She went above and beyond for us. She deserves a raise :) The location is beautiful, great views over the mountains, excellent food and nice sauna!

The bed was a bit too hard for us. Some of the (male) restaurant staff didn’t wear the face mask properly.

Superb!

Super lovely place! Stayed there for 4 days. Rooms are very cozy, great Scandinavian style design. Location is superb, quiet and pieceful. The food is seriously good and the service is super friendly and genuine. The place is run by a very young couple who manage to connect good old Italian food and hospitality with very modern touch. Highly recommended!!!

Superb

Breakfast absolutely! A large choise of fresh ingredients, I think also homemade. But also courtesy and comprehension for our little issue (our car didn't start in the morning due to the night frost) they let us parking during the entire day after the checkout, they lent us sleds to enjoy the entire day on the snow until the car did returned to the right temperature and we were able to leave.

One of the best hotels I've ever been to

The service, location, facilities, room and kitchen were on point! The staff incredibly attentive too! I definitely want to go back and can recommend to go there to anyone looking for a nice place in the area.

It would have been nicer to have more vegan options for the breakfast buffet but other than that I found the stay amazing.

Perfekter Ort für Ruhe, Natur und Bewegung

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und konnten unser Auto an der Alm parken. Die Suite ist sehr schön, groß, warm beheizt und mit einer Infrarotsauna ausgestattet. Bad mit riesiger Dusche und WC. Der Blick vom Balkon ist ein Traum. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und das 4-Gänge+Salat Menü am Abend war außergewöhnlich. Also alles perfekt für uns.

Top Location für Natur- und Ruhesuchende

Die Lage auf der Lüsner Alm ist phantastisch. Wir konnten ab Hotel wandern und biken. Das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut (zumindest für Non-Veganer), das Abendessen war auch gut, es gab aber auch noch etwas Luft nach oben. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, ebenso die kleine Terrasse.

Die Rekaxliegen im Alm-Wellness-Bereich waren alle kaputt und nicht benutzbar. Die Stimmung beim Abendessen war sehr gedeckt, obwohl bei uns nur 7 Zimmer belegt waren. Die Pausen zwischen den Gängen waren teils sehr lang und sehr still, alle flüsterten. Es kam leider kein Gespräch zwischen den Gästen auf, schade vor allem für die Alleinreisenden - gerade auf so einer Hütte. Da die 5 Gänge für alle Gäste gleichzeitig serviert werden, wäre es zB eine gute Sache vorher zum Aperitif an die Theke zu bitten, wo der Chef das Menü kurz vorstellt. Speisesaal und Zimmer waren sehr kahl, wir haben Bilder und etwas Deko vermisst.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt den wir wiederholen werden.

Die Lage ist super. Man hat absolute Ruhe und kann die Natur genießen. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem kann ich es nur empfehlen und wir fahren dort auf jeden Fall noch mal hin.

Einfach nur schön

Wir sind sehr erholt abgereist. Sehr, sehr freundlich. Zimmer sehr sauer, Essen top, Frühstück lecker. Ausblick vom Zimmer war gigantisch. Valentina und David waren so herzlich. Hatten immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. :)
