Ease of communication.
Traffic going into the place was quite bad, probably because of our arrival time. Travelling out was also a problem. It could have been due to the fasting month and people headed home to break fast.

It is my 2nd time staying here, it was a little convenient for me as my friend was staying nearby. I booked the room facing the city view and it was super great. Such a nice view to see from the top floor. Mr Ng, was very nice to accommodate me to the very same floor as I booked previously. Room was near the lift again, which was great. Love the room and Mr Ng is a great agent. Would definitely book the resort room again in next trip.
