Very good service. Quick check-in upon arrival. Friendly reception. I was assigned an excellent suite - really of very high quality. It was clean and internet was great.

The digital payment did not work, so I had to pay the tourist tax in cash - challenging when traveling without cash money.

A lovely comfortable stylish and clean room but no Spa available

A lovely modern room with a view looking towards the airport in a developing area. The bed was amazing and the smart TV allowed us to use out Netflix account.

I booked the hotel only because it had a Spa as I have a very bad back and needed a spa after a long journey - only to find on arrival that the Spa had yet to be built!

There was no AC working. The receptionist told us that it was heating season, but it was 25c outside. The nets for mosquitoes were bad and the room had 10+ mosquitoes

Nice looking place and people, great price, but so difficult area to live in!

Nice place- clean, new, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was extremely small but had a nice closet. They even brought us more towels after having said that they only change towels every 3 days.

but pretty far from everything and difficult even to find a taxi. No place to even eat nearby. I've never seen such narrow double beds in my life!

New hotel in close proximity to the Belgrade airport

Excellent place to sleep over when in need to go there directly from the airport, just a few kilometers from it. Brand new hotel with 24/7 reception. Spacious and extra clean bathrooms with the shower. Quiet surrounding. Free parking place. The heating was working well.

No restaurant or coffee place on-premise, just the coffee machine in the lobby and the coffee cattle in the room. No swimming pool or spa yet.

Exceptional

Really wonderful staff! The tub was great and big, with a lot of hot water. Playing around with the lighting can create a really romantic effect. Fantastic for a getaway. They had a very friendly um, security guard 🐾 :)

There's just one downside: The walls (or maybe it's just the doors?) are thin, you can hear everything so we didn't sleep very well. We heard everything happening in the surrounding rooms, hallway and little bar area. We didn't mind though since we only stayed for one night.

It was pleasant

The bath was spacious and relaxing as well as the tv that actually works, with Netflix on it. The led lamps around the beds were also really cool and the view was nice.

I definitely was disappointed that we didn't get a room with one large bed as requested, we wish we were told that they were unavailable. The room didn't have a balcony as shown in photos, and it seemed a bit small, but overall it was still pleasant.
