Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the spacious deck overlooking the Atlantic or head down your private beach access to the best shelling beach on Bald Head. As you step into this oceanfront beauty, you are greeted by a wall of windows looking out to the fabulous private pool and the sweeping ocean views beyond. This traditional home provides an open floor-plan living area with soaring vaulted ceilings and plenty of space for the entire family. The gourmet kitchen features beautiful marble counters and stainless appliances-including a gas range, double ovens, and a beverage fridge. Enjoy your meal in one of the dining areas-the more formal dining table comfortably seats eight while the built-in nook accommodates an additional six. You can also eat at the table on the pool deck or at the table in the screen porch.
The three suites on the main level each house their own private full bath. The first bedroom features a King and a generous walk-in closet. The second is furnished with two roomy Queens and the third is a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds and a single. Make sure to check out the amazing view greeting you at the top of the steps, where sliding doors open onto a private deck offering panoramic seascapes. The large King Master suite upstairs delivers plenty of privacy. The spa-like Master bath also pampers with its marble his and hers sinks, a soaking tub and a huge shower.
If being outside is your pleasure, the large swimming pool's oversized deck affords fantastic water vistas and great sunning opportunities. Plus, there's plenty of seating. For those looking for a little shade, there is not only a screened porch but also a covered deck and a covered patio-all, again, with ample seating.

Wow! Great house, we have been visiting BHI for over 30 years & Poolside Paradise is the at the top of the list of homes we have stayed in! Clean, well equipped, great location, amazing view! We will definitely rent this house again!

POSITIVE: The home was beautiful and the kitchen well appointed for a beach rental. It was clean, comfortable and had gorgeous views. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. We have rented for 10 plus years on Bald Head and this home was very peaceful and quiet.NEGATIVE: Blinds randomly did not work in lower bedrooms. Owner’s belongings filled up dresser drawers in one bedroom and closets also had random furniture/decorations (notes left not to move it), no pantry for kitchen (locked for owner), so pantry items had no where to be stored. Bathroom mirror already ripped from drywall left set at an angle against wall and hole remained behind it. Told and not asked, that routine maintenance would be done early in the morning without much warning. It was understandable that maintenance would need to be done, just more warning and asking/not telling, since we were paying for the home would have been nice.

We went with 3 generations to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday. The views, the salt water pool, the beach, the golf carts and the turtle reserve was amazing for all! We had plenty of space for the 10 of us. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials. 2 things after talking to property manager were taken care of promptly the youngest who is 8 said we should turn this is to an annual tradition!

The home is beautiful and we loved it. I'm only giving feedback to make it better, but these are small things. 1). Major ant problem in kitchen. They're getting in through the window and would be great if something could be done about them. 2). The hairdryer in the upstairs bedroom is ridiculous and possibly dangerous. Needs to be replaced. 3) the blinds in the downstairs bedrooms didn't work. We submitted a request to fix them shortly after we arrived (via the app) but no one responded.
