About this house rental
Purchased in July 2023 and full renovation completed February 2024.
This charming coastal home, with unique layout, is the perfect spot for a BHI vacation. As you ascend to the main entrance, an inviting front deck gracefully extends to a spacious back deck, perfect for outdoor living. Upon entering the house, you'll discover generously sized living spaces, including a screened porch, sunken formal dining room with wine/beer fridge, a living room with soaring ceilings and fireplace, a fully remodeled kitchen with new appliances and an expansive bar island. The first level is completed by a half bathroom and three bedrooms: two primary king bedrooms with televisions and ensuite bathrooms, third bedroom with two twin beds and television. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms (one queen, two doubles with television), a bathroom, and a loft area. Throughout the home, glimpses of the ocean and the adjacent golf course can be enjoyed. Under the raised pilings, the first floor features a garage, storage area, mud room, and convenient indoor and outdoor showers.
The house comes equipped with beach chairs and games for kids of all ages.
The home has two golf carts to transport you around the island; a six-seater and a four-seater (one a new 2022 Bentelli).

One outdoor video cameras monitor the exterior of the home. Footage remains private and in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas.

Wonderful location. Katie was such a hospitable host. Outside of house feels a bit dated, as do the bathrooms. House is fully stocked with everything a large group could need, particularly ours that included small children.

We had an incredible week at ‘Sea Me Rollin’ on BHI as the property was as advertised and dealing with Edie was the cherry on top! Edie was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made our trip that much more easy and enjoyable; we even extended an extra day after 1 week!! Highly, Highly recommend!
