About this apartment rental
This cozy single-level one bedroom condominium is easily accessible from the back entrance to the Alpine Lodge building. Enter the condo to a short entry hall with the kitchen on your right. This full kitchen offers a microwave, dishwasher, and electric stove with a self-clean oven. Travel beyond the kitchen to the open-concept dining and living area. The dining area offers a great table for meals and games with seating for six. The living area has a spacious wrap-around sofa (with a sleep sofa section), flat-screen TV with DVD/VHS, and air conditioning. Off the living room area is access to the small front deck, perfect for sitting out on a summer night with your favorite book. Located to the left of the entry hall are the full bathroom and primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, television, and air conditioning.
Alpine Village Resort is located close to downtown North Woodstock. North Woodstock offers great dining opportunities including local favorites like the Woodstock Station & Brewery, Truant’s Tavern, and the Cascade Coffee House. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming (Cascade Park is just a walk away), kayaking, bird watching and much more.
Sorry, there is no grilling allowed on Lodge building decks.
Please note: Alpine Lodge condos have 2 allotted parking spaces.
Dogs are welcome in this unit, there is a $50 + tax one-time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed.
This home does not offer a pool or fitness center membership. However, 1-month+ memberships are available at either the Nordic Inn Club or the Mountain Club on Loon for a separate fee.
Alpine Lodge does not offer a ski shuttle service.
This unit has two air conditioners: one in the bedroom and living room.
A 1-month minimum stay is required.

This is a cozy little apartment. The decor has strong grandma's cottage vibes (duck knick knacks, wallpaper borders, sturdy wood furniture) but I was comfortable there. The neighbors were quiet and everything was clean when I arrived. My only quibble is that sometimes you can hear the machines in the laundromat under the unit (not too loud, but they do buzz the picture frames in the bedroom). The location had very easy walking access to restaurants and the small downtown of North Woodstock, and getting onto 93 for car access to lots of other towns and activities was a breeze.

I needed at least a five week rental home as I managed a four week music festival in Plymouth and the rental had to be dog friendly! Imagine my lack of optimism going into that search! But wow, I found the most perfect one bedroom condo at Alpine and the minute I walked into it, I felt happy, comfy, and so relieved that I had my own place for five weeks.

Comfortable and clean. Alas, no cross ventilation and right on the street. If you check in late, property management requires you to drive out again in the morning to sign forms you could have signed well in advance. Especially for repeat customers, this is an inconvenience.
