It was reasonably priced in an excellent location. A very basic room and mostly clean with the exception of mildew around the sink and shower. The bed was comfortable

No staff on site which was a little hard to get used to to ask basic questions but we still managed. We thought there was a kitchen in the room, but there was access to a shared kitchen near the pool area, but no plastic or paper ware like napkins, which would’ve been helpful.

We were given incorrect info by customer service rep - *twice* - when we called to find out how to lock our unit when we left. Unit description on booking.com said there would be a microwave and a coffee machine, but there were *none.* The chair in the unit was a hard wooden kitchen chair, not comfortable at all; had to set up my camp chair to be comfortable. Bottom two drawers of bureau were stuck shut. There were three remotes, but no instructions how to use them; couldn't turn on TV. Also no instructions for how to use "spa" tub in the unit. Toilet paper was like sandpaper; had to buy our own. Caulking around sink looked dirty or moldy. Liner of ice bucket not changed from prior tenants (still had water in it). Plug was behind bed and part of the plug didn't work at all (needed plug for CPAP machine); had to run wire and plug for CPAP machine across one bed to get it plugged in. Room was way too crowded; clearly designed for one queen-size bed, but had two in it; almost no room to walk between bed and closet. Lamp between the two beds has a 3-way switch with a 1-way bulb in it.
