Could not connect to wi-fi- the plugs in the outlet from tv were also lose so we lost connection to the tv for a bit. Guest Services were very friendly and attentive however property maintenance was not onsite when we checked in therefore the wi-fi connection and outlet was not addressed until the next day. Maintenance called on Saturday and explained what was done and to let him know if any other issues, he was excellent. Also, the air conditioning unit did not work well, we used the fan in the closet. They may want to get a new unit.
