The apartment is great! Clean, well-stocked, nicely furnished. The location is great, next to all of the shopping and restaurants on 2nd St, and a pleasant 8-10 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Long Beach

This was a very nice place to stay for a few days. Lots of room, great kitchen, very comfy bed, great heater. It's one of the few rentals that actually has drawer space to store clothes and other belongings. The neighborhood is fun with lots of places for food, coffee, etc. We went to the Sawdust Festival and the amazing Naples holiday lights display along the canals. The only negative thing is that the steps up to the apartment feel a bit dicey. Oh yes, the bathtub has high walls and requires a bit of balancing to climb into it for a shower. Grab bars or handles would really help.

Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and perfect location between the main restaurant/shopping street in Belmont Shore and the Bay/Beach. Note that entrance is on a commercial alley and was a bit off-putting at first but quiet at night. Truly enjoyed staying there and hopefully will be back again.

Everything was as pictured, clean, and was a very comfortable stay. Although the location is perfect to enjoy 2nd Street and the beach, the alleyway entrance is a bit intimidating. Everything one could possibly need/want was included in the apartment. The only thing missing (for us) was a colander (hubs likes pasta! lol) and a tea kettle, but I just boiled my tea water in a pan. Will definitely stay here during our next visit to the area.

This property is right in the middle of it all - shopping, restaurants and the beach. The apartment is a good size and it's in great shape. Everything seems like it's been recently renovated. The kitchen and batroom were spotless. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room for clothes, etc.

This is a wonderfully decorated and completely furnished private apartment with all you need for any length of stay. Even a washing machine. And owners Kathy and Kevin respond instantly to all requests. And the location is perfect. Several restaurants .:: Italian, Mexican, Coffee shop, Hamburger Store, high end American, Japanese, Chinese and more within 4 blocks. And a short 2 blk walk to the beach. We walked every where and did not need a car. Just Uber for occasional visits to Queen Mary, Aquarium, Museums, Adobe Ranch, etc. Be aware it sets on top of a garage with a full flight of stairs. My 85 year old legs handled it well as yours should also. Words can’t adequately describe this professionally decorated space. A WOW factor kind of place.

A very comfortable and updated stay in Belmont Shores. This was a good choice for us over a hotel for events we needed to attend in the Long Beach area. Convenient to everything and very walkable when we just wanted to explore and live like a local.

The remodel was lovely, beds comfy, pullout couch if needed, fully equipped kitchen (we cooked breakfast everyday) and a small living space to hang out and watch a movie. Plus washer/dryer in unit. Could not have asked for better accommodations. We stayed in 5 different rentals in Belmont Shores in the last year and this is my favorite by far.

We were very happy with this accommodation. It was bright and airy with lots of windows. The kitchen was great and had most everything we needed during our stay. We loved the location being close to 2nd and easy walking distance to the beach. The parking lot next door was free from 7pm - 10am, the rest of the time street parking was easy to find. We will definitely book here again on future trips.

My sister and I stayed here two weeks and we absolutely loved it. We walked every morning down by the sand and Belmont Peninsula and so close to shopping and restaurants. Don’t worry about parking, we found spots for two cars each day or night and did not need to use the public lot. This place was so charming.

Could not have been a better location. Walk about 100 feet and your on 2nd street. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping without having to drive. The property is very clean and updated. Would definitely recommend. Came into town to go to SOFI Stadium for football game. Twenty minute drive to metro rail. Great way to avoid all traffic.

My wife and I spent 23 nights in this unit and fell in love with it and the neighborhood (and Long Beach in general). Apartment was well stocked and had everything we needed. All amenities worked perfectly. Owners were super helpful with our planning, neighbors were nice and the location could not have been better, with easy access to all that Second Street has to offer (food, shops, services), plus a short walk to the beautiful beach with paths and stunning Naples Island. Parking was easy, and the adjacent lot was a plus. We spent under $10 total on parking over 3 weeks, mostly for convenience a couple of times. We recommend this wonderful unit without reservation and we can't wait to return! Thanks Kathleen and Kevin!
