Gather all the kids and grandkids and head to the beach! This home is a luxurious, 7 bedroom oceanfront home with a huge in-ground pool with spa just waiting for your next Isle of Palms family vacation! This graciously appointed and comfortable home has plenty of room to enjoy a relaxing and carefree ocean escape. Stylish new improvements and renovations are of exceptional quality!
The first floor offers an open floor plan with engineered hardwood throughout. Comfortable seating, TV/soundbar, and amazing ocean views are some of the lovely features of the living room. The large table adjacent to the kitchen will accommodate your guests easily. The open kitchen features quartz counters, a 36" AGA Dual Fuel Range, LG dishwasher, an under-counter Sharp microwave, and Multiple coffee makers including a Keurig. Also included are 3 counter chairs at the expansive island cabinets. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with a full-size stacked washer & dryer, a built-in ironing board, ice maker, and cabinetry. A full wet bar with a wine cooler has been added to the great room. There is also a newly remodeled half bath off the foyer.
The primary suite and one guest bedroom are located on the first floor. The primary bedroom suite offers a great ocean view, and direct access to an expansive porch, and consists of a king bed, flat-panel TV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, and TV, and accesses a full bath with a shower.
The second floor consists of 4 bedrooms with a sleeping den as the 5th bedroom and 3 full bathrooms. One oceanfront bedroom has a queen bed and double bed and uses a full hall bath with a tub/shower combo. Another oceanfront bedroom has a queen bed and a double bed and shares another full hall bath with a walk-in shower. One other bedroom features 2 twins and 1 double bed and also shares a full hall bath. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bath with a tub/shower combo. The sleeping den has a queen sofa sleeper, chairs and a TV. This room utilizes one of the hall full baths and has access to the 2nd-floor sun porch through sliding glass doors; offering spectacular views of the ocean!
The huge porch with plenty of seating and table space makes a great place to enjoy the warm ocean breezes and a casual meal. If tanning is your pleasure, the extensive sun porch or pool deck, with ample seating, is the place to be! The kids will love to show off their swimming abilities in the sizable pool. Maybe a soothing dip in the spa is more your speed. There is a gas grill poolside. The private boardwalk to the beach features side handrails and 2 benches near the beach for relaxing and watching the children play.

Pool/Spa Heating can be added for an additional fee of $1150.00. Pool only for $800.00 or Spa Only for $500.00 with one week's advance notice. Note pool heaters change water temperature up to approx 25 degrees. This is an integrated spa "Spillover". The spa runs on demand with a timer system.
Turn spa on 30-60 minutes prior to use. It will shut off after 2-3 hours. It does not remain hot 24/7. Spa/Pool Heat Combinations, please note pool and spa heat do not run at the same time.
Pricing & Availability:
Enter arrival dates and departure dates. Click the book now button to view the price and associated fees. For part of April through part of October our homes only rent for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday stays. During late fall, winter & early spring, you may rent this home for 3 or more nights, excluding Holidays.

When making an online reservation on VRBO, You will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals.
Damage Protection:
In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.
Travel Insurance:
Management Company offers travel insurance to all its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost-plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once the reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.
If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.

We had a fantastic stay at Bella Vista! We were 3 families with little kids and spent everyday at the beach and the pool. The house slept us comfortably and also provided plenty of space during the day so we didn’t feel on top of each other. We opted to get the hot tub heated, but not the pool- the pool was the perfect temp for us over April vacation week. Our only critique would be that we wished there was a little bit of shade down by the pool. We used a rented beach tent and our baby tent to make it work. We also liked that the house was close enough to walk to the restaurants/bars, but not close enough that we were hearing partying at night. Overall, we had a perfect week and would love to rent this house again.

Our family has stayed at this home for the last few years and it feels like a vacation home away from home. All of the amenities are wonderful and beautiful. When we've had an issue, East Island Rentals has been prompt to help and resolve. They always "make it right." We couldn't recommend it enough!

We had such an amazing time at this property, the photos of the house are exactly as pictured. The pool & beach views are incredible and the home is clean, with a ton of space for a friends or couple weekend or a family trip. We did not want to leave!!!
However the only reason for the low rating is the rental company associated with this property was beyond rude and difficult. I booked this house for my bachelorette weekend, I am 32 years old with friends (ages 32-38) most that are pregnant or mothers and when we went to pick up the keys this one woman from East Rentals Island was very condescending telling us we're lucky she's even letting us stay there since they do not allow bachelorette trips at the home. In no way were we throwing parties or having a rowdy weekend, it was intended to be a relaxing beach weekend with my closest friends and family and instead of this woman just reinforcing the rules (no noise after 10pm), which we completely understood, she continued to talk down to us making me think there was going to be an issue all weekend. Also to note my sister reached out a few weeks prior to the rental company, asking if we could decorate the home her bride to be sister, so they were aware of the bachelorette trip.
Thankfully no one bothered us all weekend, again as it was a calm beach weekend, and it ended up just being an issue when picking up the keys only. So nothing more to report on beyond the extremely unnecessary welcome to the island.
