This 7 bedroom 6 bath house has spectacular views from all porches. This luxury beach house boasts 2 master suites with large master baths. Both which include big jacuzzi bath tubs and showers with multiple shower heads. Kevin Costner actually stayed here for two months when he was in town with his band, & most recently Johnno Wilson (Actor/Comedian)!!
If one formal living room was not enough, this house has two. The main living area is very open with your choice of a sunroom or entertainment area. Spacious porches front and back on each floor. Elevator services the garage, 1st floor, & 2nd floor.
When you enter the home from the front door you are welcomed by a living room with flat screed TV, & wet bar. The first of two master suites is located across the hall from living room with some ocean views. Also on this floor are 4 more bedrooms, one with a queen, one with two queens, one with a king, and one with two twins, there is also a laundry room and open sitting area located on this floor.
On the second floor is the very large dining room, kitchen and great room. This kitchen is top notch, all stainless appliances, two dishwashers, gas cooktop, and double ovens. Down the hall from the kitchen is the second master suite, this room is very large, and has a separate sitting area with sleeper sofa. Across the hall from this bedroom there is another large room with 2 twins, each with trundle beds, and a sleeper sofa.
The gas fireplace in the living room no longer is working & is for display purposes only.
After a day of sun and sand, rinse off in the outdoor showers under the home & on the right side of the house and relax at the cabana by your very own private salt water pool with fountain! There is a commercial style ice maker located in the garage for guests to use. The many porches are where you can enjoy the most amazing views of all! Make this your home away from home for years to come!

The property was large, spacious and perfect for a large family gathering! Everyone had plenty of space to come together in the common rooms and comfortable large bedroom spaces for sleeping. It was located within a short walk to the beach, shopping and dining. Our host Heather was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay and made lots of great memories. We hope to return in the future.

The place was perfect for our group. There is room for people to have quiet time, but also big enough spaces to get everyone together. The pool is gorgeous and the perfect thing to relax after a long day at the beach or golfing. The place is in the perfect location with easy walk to windjammer and easy for getting off of IOP

Heather was wonderfully attentive -- she answered all of our questions and was really helpful! The house is perfect -- it can fit many, is very clean, and is located near bars and shops and steps from the ocean. Cannot recommend enough!

The pictures on line are better than the place and only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom , one roll of paper towels. No coffee or coffee filters . The cleaning of the place was sub par and many cobwebs and rodent feces in the kitchen. We also had a rodent knowing through the wood floors on main floor master. For the price , it was a rip off. We had 11 adults and so the space is good. It don’t expect anything - the pool was dirty as well. No sponge for the sink or dishwashing liquid. No soap or small shampoos in bathroom and one hair dryer for the whole place. I have a vacation rental in another state and was so surprised at how cheap the management company here sticks things and reacts to issues. Don’t waste your money on this place. We were all taken back at the lack of cleanliness and basic items that should be stocked. If you are offering a kitchenThen have salt and pepper, coffee filters , paper towels and cleaning supplies.
