Perfect Location to Visit All of Paris - Contemporary Cozy

The flat was clean and as described! It is on the 8th floor and there are elevators that can bring you to the floor, so no worries to walk the stairs with luggage. The cupboards were stocked more than any other VRBO I have been in. The check in time was a little inconvenient (not available between noon and 4) but we stored our bags at a Bounce location and explored Paris while we waited. Upon arrival to the building it was very easy to find and access. The very firm beds were great for our sore backs, but the most amazing part of the stay was the black out shades. Communication via Whats App with the host should be expected after check in. It's very close to the metro, which was very convenient for exploration. There are also a few places for breakfast or lunch very close. I would definitely recommend this VRBO! It was perfect for our family of 4.

Apartment was PERFECT and just as listed and in photos! Check-in was super easy! Instructions for key and check-out process super clear! Madam Barbosa didn't speak English and we spoke very little French but with hand gestures and lots of smiles, we were able to get in the unit. She was so friendly and nice. Location of unit was perfect for us as we didn't want to stay in the tourist areas of Paris. The metro was right down the block which made walking the city so much easier! Having the view of the Eiffel Tower on the back patio was amazing and magical! There is a grocery store right next to the apartment building which came in handy with great prices. There is a bakery right across the street and the croissants were to die for. The unit itself was super clean and spacious! There was decoration but not overkill which I think some units do and was well placed, meaning nothing had to be moved due to overtaking the space. We were a family of 3 and having that extra half bathroom was great. As Americans, we are used to AC and the AC units in the apartment kept up with the Paris heat of 95 degrees both days we were there. Unit also had automatic shutters which we lowered while we were out as to not heat up the unit unnecessarily and feel like it helped. Husband fell in love with auto shutters. LOLUnit is PERFECT! The host was always available and attentive to our messages prior to our trip. Didn't have to reach out during the trip as no issues were experienced.

We loved the location of this apartment, the balcony provided us with a view of the Eiffel Tower (which never got old), shopping was very close by as was some restaurants which we enjoyed. The set up of the apartment was ideal for us, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a nice living, dining and kitchen space. The washer/dryer was a bonus. And, parking was great. Everything was clean and ready for our visit and our host was very responsive to our questions. I would have given a 5 star review except we managed to arrive during an unprecedented heat wave and the AC in the apartment just couldn't keep us heat intolerant visitors cool enough. I'd still highly recommend this place to anyone, it has a lot of great things to offer.
