It was very clean and comfortable
The stairs down to the lounge and kitchen were hard work

The location was as expected, with great views out over the sea, great facilities all you could need, good wifi, parking nearby only £6 for 24hrs. I would recommend staying here and would come back again. Having spent many years visiting New Quay, this was special to be central to everything and to watch the dolphins just outside the harbour. The log burner provided good heat in mid march. A family trip with our 17wk old grandson staying in an historic house overlooking the sea, fantastic stay.

Location was second to none absolutely fabulous views.
Only one toilet on the ground floor makes it a bit difficult for anyone with mobility issues as we found out but we managed. We knew the layout before we booked so no fault of the owner.
