Fantastic location. Great views from garden and most rooms. Wouldn't hesitate booking in the future.
Everything good, perhaps an upgrade on bedding and as everyone comments check in and check out could be a little more holiday friendly

The location was as expected, with great views out over the sea, great facilities all you could need, good wifi, parking nearby only £6 for 24hrs. I would recommend staying here and would come back again. Having spent many years visiting New Quay, this was special to be central to everything and to watch the dolphins just outside the harbour. The log burner provided good heat in mid march. A family trip with our 17wk old grandson staying in an historic house overlooking the sea, fantastic stay.
