6 Birth Caravan Quay West Sea Views

Location great, good see views and parking adjacent to caravan. Very clean van and very easy to communicate with the owner. Had a wonderful time in new quay and on the haven site. Particular thanks to the security lady and life guard on duty on Sunday morning 4th October who were really kind and helpful to my disabled husband when the water on site was cut off. I’m only sorry we didn’t ask their names. Site and van well maintained though the shower head, grill and air fryer were broken, I imagine the owner doesn’t know as the van was great otherwise.

Would love a more direct route to the beach! It’s rather hard to find and circuitous

Everything in the caravan was clean, and we had everything we needed for our short stay. We were very pleased with the accommodation and had a comfortable stay. The caravan was booked from a private person,not from the resort

The resort facilities were not as nice as we expected. We were disappointed to find that you had to pay extra to use the swimming pool and entertainment. The swimming pool also did not have enough available slots for everyone staying on the site, which made it difficult to use the facilities.

Bad stains on curtains in twin room, the pull out bed mattress was about an inch thick and too uncomfortable to sleep on not enough bedding or towels for 6 people asked at reception for more but none, supplied, my husband and I slept on the sofas one with the duvet no cover and one with the fitted sheet and a blanket we had in the car. The front door had nothing to secure it to to stop it slamming shut in the wind, bathroom door kept getting stuck if you used the lock. No instructions for any of the appliances. Steps to caravan need some attention.
