Recently updated luxurious Villa centrally located to Palm Springs, La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, Choachilla, Indio.
Our Villa includes an adjustable Queen size bed in the Master Suite, perfect for relaxing. The bed has many features including zero gravity. The master suite has a Flat Screen TV with Amazon Fire Stick fully activated. 50 Watt Bluetooth speaker with surround sound is active.
The Great room has a vintage Popcorn machine, fully stocked for your movie time snacks. The Great room has a flat-screen TV with Spectrum Cable, Roku fully activated, and Surround sound. We have a fully stocked kitchen, mood lighting, and a patio that has a blue tooth speaker.
The Patio has a Gas Grill and smoker. The Patio table seat 4 and has a fire pit in the center. You can also watch your favorite movies on our patio TV to listen to music from your smartphone via our patio sound system.
You are only steps away to our pool and spa. This is a private Villa with only one neighbor. Security is provided by the Guard station gate and patrol.

Property was was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed all of the AV equipment/bluetooth set up. Patio was quiet and private. Will stay here again.

Pros:
Value is very good and the location is excellent
Patio was lovely and the barbecue was great.
Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed.
It was super clean and decorated nicely
Washer, dryer and garage were a plus.
Cons:
The lockbox was an issue but apparently it’s been fixed.
For us the bed was extremely uncomfortable as were the plastic chairs in the living room.
The TV in the bedroom does not get mainstream cable.
The glass door to the bathroom made privacy a bit of an issue.
