The condo was quiet, comfortable and enjoyable. We love the location and the view of the water from the outdoor deck. The vacation rental was spotless and we never had an issue. Kristian (property owner) was always responsive and helpful.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the condo. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

My family booked this property last minute for a family emergency. The host, Kristian, was awesome! He made sure my parents were comfortable, and even checked in during the stay. Truly a wonderful experience!

It was a wonderful surprise to arrive at our Unit and find it had been completely renovated: new flooring, remodeled kitchen, new windows, freshly painted interior, new ceiling fans etc. The unit is well equipped with items for daily living and has lots of storage. The area is quiet – we never heard any noise from neighbours. We spent a lot of time relaxing and reading on the balcony. Although the balcony is small, it overlooks a great water feature (with lots of turtles), green grass, palm trees and mountains in the background. We found the Wi-Fi signal strength to always be strong. The Condo is close drive to Civic Centre Park (great for walking), restaurants and grocery shopping. Kristian is readily responsive but not intrusive.
We spent three months at the Unit and will be returning.
