Great condo with a spectacular view! Clean and had everything we needed. Tremendous location with restaurants and ice cream across the street. A new bird sanctuary (transitioned golf course) also across the street. We saw eagles and crocodiles. You just can't beat this condo!

We've had such great luck in the past with Vrbo properties. Arrived to 4 lightbulbs not working. I made a call to maintenance/mgmt. They said "they were all replaced day before you arrived" - how does that make sense - these were in all separate lamps, and circuits. Only 1 and 1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 night stay, no beach towels (other condos had similar striped blue towels that said their rental left them for them), no use of DVD player (had someone come in 4 or 5 days to attempt, with no follow up), 2 tablets left for dishwasher (for 8 nights?), etc (this is a SHORT list). Yet location was beautiful and we managed to enjoy. Would not stay here again, nor recommend.

So it was a nice place for a short period of time. There were several things that the efficiency needed. It didn’t have these simple things: hairdryer, dish towels, beach towels, trash can in kitchen, pen and paper. We were given the wrong code number for the door and the wrong code for the gate on the walk way. The beach is very nice and doesn’t get to crowded. It is a nice location for restaurants.
