About this apartment rental
I hope you will enjoy my personal condo unit as much as I have enjoyed preparing it for you! With COVID in mind, my cleaning crew is diligent in wiping down all surfaces with disinfectant each and every time they clean. We want to keep our guests safe and healthy - and, my family also uses this unit! My guests have bestowed a FIVE STAR rating for this vacation home and I am very proud! I work hard on my Unit to maintain this rating!
This home away from home is ideally located on the Third Floor of the Lighthouse Condos, enabling the soothing sounds of the gulf water to immediately eliminate your stress - guaranteed!
The designer den and adjoining fully equipped kitchen afford a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf with easy balcony access.
Like privacy? The King master bedroom boasts a spectacular view made possible by a wall of glass with doors leading to the private balcony. Adjoining the Master bedroom is a double vanity sink & dressing area with a spacious walk-in closet and a bath with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is also a large wall-mounted TV with remote for your enjoyment.
A second bedroom , called the Bunkroom, accommodates a double bed as well as a single bunk above and is located just steps from the second bath. There is a wall-mounted flat screen TV in here as well!
I routinely provide fresh new pillows and bedding for our guests - and, we stay there as well!! I want our guests to be treated as family!!
For your enjoyment, I have provided large wall mounted Flat Screen TVs, DVD, free Wireless Internet access, and a full sized washer and dryer.
Parking is available on the third floor - so convenient because there is no waiting for elevators, just walk right inside. There is a one time fee per car, limit two per unit.
Many of the finest Restaurants and shops are within walking distance of the complex!

This is our 5th time staying in this Condo. It is the absolute perfect location and an amazing condo. Has everything you need for your stay and I could not ask for better “hosts”. We will definitely be back!!!!

My husband has a broken foot and the third floor unit was perfect for us. We could park right outside the door. The unit was a perfect size and wonderful accessibility to the beach.

This condo is your average beachfront condo rental. There is nothing really bad about it but nothing really exceptional about it either . There is definitely room for improvement on the cleanliness of the unit. There was a collection of dust on the ceiling fan blades in the living room and master bedroom. Dust was also caked on the ceiling in the living room. The base boards around the whole unit were dirty. There was a heavy buildup of mold around the base of the shower stall on the inside and outside. With this being said I feel that the unit was overpriced and not a good value for your money.
