This condo comfortably sleeps 8 guests, making it perfect for families or groups. The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation, boasting a plush King bed and a private bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower, offering a spa-like experience. The second bedroom features a cozy Queen bed, while the third and fourth bedrooms each offer two Twin beds, ensuring ample space and comfort for all guests.
The heart of the condo, the fully equipped kitchen, is a chef's delight with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, inviting guests to prepare and enjoy meals together. The living area is a welcoming space for gathering and relaxation, complete with free WiFi to keep everyone connected.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.
MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November and December. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. Additional parking passes may be necessary for monthly rentals based on the length of stay and HOA requirements.

This condo was awesome for our family! It was spacious and clean, the security was excellent, and the access to the beach was awesome. The views from the living room are beautiful, and the elevators are fast, so it’s easy to get around. There were some “rough edges.” The recliner in the living room is worn out and ready to be replaced. The jets in the master tub didn’t work (switch was broken.) The master shower had a leak, so we couldn’t use it. The dishwasher was broken, so we hand washed our dishes. Before I book again, I would check to make sure these things are fixed. That being said. the owner communicated well and made it right for us, and I’m sure these items will be fixed for the next guest. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and the facilities, and will likely stay here again!

This unit was great for our 8 member family. Everyone had plenty of room. Beach access was great, also loved the pool and hot tube. Beautiful view from balcony.
