We enjoyed Colonnades 1601 very much. Enjoyed daily walks down to the city park, bike riding in the state park, and our favorite restaurants close by. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen and bar are very well stocked with utensils, glass, and cook wear. View is spectacular. Especially enjoyed listening to the ocean at night from the master bedroom. Would return here again.

Other than some miscommunication on my part, it was a great stay. Wish the balcony would have been open but the location was perfect and we had a great time. Would love to go back when it’s warmer.

Everything from the view, bedroom spaces and comfy sectional for movie night was perfect made our vacation fantastic.
