Great oceanfront first floor two bedroom, full view of the pool, beach and ocean, family rates. Choice of king or twin beds in the second bedroom.
If your idea of a beach vacation does NOT include crowded beaches, high rise buildings (that have lines for the elevator - there is NO elevator in this building), traffic, and cruising through a multilevel parking garage trying to find a place to park, this is your vacation home. Cape Coddages II has only 14 units and this condo is just one flight up. Why search for a parking place when you can stay where two parking spaces are specifically marked for you? This is a delightful oceanfront two bedroom with a great pool, and the perfect beach and ocean view.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, large TV, ample closet space and a full bath. The second bedroom has twin beds (with the option to convert to a king upon request - please email [email protected] to add this to your booking - $15 fee) and a bathroom close by. The living room couch is a full size sleeper sofa. This is a great condo for families or couples. The kitchen has plenty of counter top space and the full complement of cooking equipment, dishes and glassware.
The swimming pool is exclusively for guests at the small Cape Coddages II complex, it won't be crowded. You can relax on the lounge chairs while the kids swim. After enjoying the beach, there is an enclosed shower area beneath the building to wash off the ocean and sand. Here, every day offers a choice of shopping, golf, and attractions from the convenient Surfside Beach location, or just relaxing on the balcony or the beach enjoying the sunshine. Pool is not heated and closes during the off-season.
Surfside Beach is perfect for a family vacation, away from the traffic and crowds, but still a short drive to the wide variety of attractions, shopping, dining and entertainment the Grand Strand has to offer. The Surfside Beach pier, restaurants and shops are a few blocks south from Cape Coddages II. Water slides and amusement parks that kids love are right out on business 17. Luxury shopping and dining are a few minutes north in the Market Commons area. Just a short drive north are all the attractions, dining, shopping and nightlife of Myrtle Beach; Broadway at the Beach, Coastal Grand shopping center, the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, amusement parks, and one of the world's largest Ferris wheels. For a unique cultural experience, Brookgreen Gardens displays one of the world's largest collections of sculpture by American artists in a lush outdoor setting, along with a zoo and butterfly garden, it's just a few minutes south.

Parking is limited and we can only provide the number of parking tags allowed by the Home Owners Association. We can provide TWO parking passes for this property and these passes must be in/on the vehicle at all times. No additional parking tags are available. NO trailers of any kind, golf carts, jet-skis, etc.

The storage unit in this place is a lifesaver! No carrying all your beach stuff up the stairs and no getting the sand in your room! We enjoyed the stay and will be back.

Absolutely loved our stay at this beachfront condo. Everything was great!! Would suggest seating outside that isn’t so low so you can see the ocean when sitting, but other than that— excellent!

It was a cute little place, But definitely needs some updating, the room we stayed in where the vent was over the bed the paint/spackle is falling off, My child was in this room, the fan was SUPER DUSTY turned it on and dust flew off , the lamp on the night stand with the big mirror had dust on it, the minute we turned it on it smelled hot so I turned it off and cleaned it, my husband pulled the sheets back and there was by the looks of it a urine a stained sheet, so we slept on top of the bed spread, had our own blankets, The sleeper couch was not the greatest to sit on, but it worked maybe some different comfy chairs would help, Just super dusty in places like under our bed, my sons toy fell and went under the couch it was super dusty and dirty, had to wash it off, super low water pressure in the kitchen sink Took forever for hot water , my feet were black and dirty the first day we stayed, so i kept my son off the floor, the pool was closed but we knew that so that was fine, Short walk to the beach, close to everything you could think of,
DVD player was out of order, fire place was out of order, the bathroom by the other bedroom did not hold water well, so giving my son a bath was quick we ended up buying our own bath mat because he was sliding down the tub also for my safety of my mother too, you can tell someone just slapped mud/cosmetic sealer to fix the tub quickly, the outlet on the corner of the bar is super lose and wiggly, did not dare to plug anything in that, if it gets a good deep cleaning and some stuff updated it would be better, we had a good stay, other then that.
