About this house rental
Fabulous Cisco property featuring a custom pool, spa. Wonderful views of Hummock Pond, Sanford Farm and the Ocean. Beautiful sunsets! Cisco beach is an easy 4/10th of a mile bike ride or walk. Bartlett's Farm, 167 Market and Cisco Brewery are within a mile.
The Hummock Pond Rd Bike Path is across the street from the driveway.
1st Floor: Two story entry featuring wide pine floors has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. A sitting area opens onto a covered porch that over looks the backyard pool/spa area. There is a separate mudroom/laundry room.
A queen bedroom and twin(2) bedroom share a bathroom that has a claw foot tub and separate shower. Another queen bedroom has an ensuite bath (tub/shower).
2nd Floor: Large sun filled open living/dining area (seats 8) with vaulted ceilings. Second floor back deck has views of Hummock Pond and Sanford Farm. The bright sun room off of living area has an ocean view with table seating for 4.
There is a well equipped gourmet kitchen; Viking Range, Sub-Zero Refrigerator. An office with desk area and powder room. A Den is off of the kitchen and access to a front deck with an ocean view.
The master suite features a king bed, 2 walk in closets with bureaus and shelves, a sitting area and private balcony. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and a separate double head shower as well as double vanities.
The house has Central AC. Ceiling Fans in the bedrooms. Water filtration system.
Large outdoor shower.
Large 2 car garage.
Other Structures: Pool House has a seating area, bathroom and kitchenette with an ice maker, under the counter refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Ceiling Fan. No sleeping area.

It is a fantastic location and we enjoyed the stay. The house is a bit tired and worn but was perfect for our family and we would return.

This property is absolutely beautiful and well-appointed. We love to cook and found everything we need, including a top-notch Viking stove, flat-top, and all the equipment needed. We really enjoyed cooking as a family, and doing take-out from local restaurants on nights where we wanted to hole up. The location is secluded and *incredibly* private, but seconds from the bike path across the street and a few minutes on bike to the beach. The onsite pool and hot-tub were wonderful to sit, relax, read, and when we had to do work meetings, the wifi in the house was high speed and rock solid. Range on wifi doesn't quite reach to the pool, which is a good forcing function to do work inside and relax outside. What makes this house great is the number of discrete spaces - there's plenty of room to be together or to be apart. Jim was fantastic and in touch anytime we needed. We will be back again soon to recharge!
