This adorable Oceanside 4 bedroom cottage is all on one level. This home includes a full kitchen, living room, 4 bedrooms and 2 three quarter bathrooms plus a wet bar. There is air conditioning in the kitchen and living room areas. A one stall garage plus one tandem parking behind it included in the rental. There is also free street parking across the street. This is located 1 mile south of the Seabrook border, great location, beautiful beach!

We rented this unit to get a change of scenery, but mot leave MA, due to covid-19. The location on the north end of Salisbury Beach was amazing with a gorgeous stretch of beach. The cottage is as pictured and well equipped. Dawn was great at communicating and quickly answered all questions. i imagine this is an ideal rental in the summer; however there are some challenges renting in the winter like we did. Renters should be aware that there are about 12-15 concrete steps that go from the driveway area to the landing where the unit is (the unit is above the garage), those steps and driveway are not shoveled or cleared, so can be slippery during a snow storm (which we had while there). An outside light is also needed at the top of those stairs for safety reasons. Lastly, there is no heat in either bathroom, so in cold weather the bathrooms are chilly. Again i imagine this unit is awesome in the summer.
