This condo is on one of the best locations on the mountain in Crested Butte.
Enjoy all the comforts of home in this spacious and newly remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo! It is great and safe for families.
Located on the ground floor, our condo is easily accessible, just steps from the hot tub, and has a clear panoramic view of the mountains.
Close to the base area, there are plenty of dining options, bars, coffee shop, rental shops and shopping.
For trips into the great town of Crested Butte where there are amazing restaurants and shopping, there is a free shuttle from the base area running often.
Remodeled unit. Our goal was to make a mountain contemporary condo with a comfortable, yet luxurious feel at an affordable price.
BEDROOMS- (sleep 4)
• Master bedroom has a queen size bed furnished with beautiful log furniture, and dresser. With a small Flat TV (with DVD)
• Guest bedroom contains 2 twin beds and a dresser. New mattresses (2021)
BATHROOMS
• Both have been completely gutted and remodeled.
• Master bathroom with upright shower, sink and toilet.
• Guest bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet.
KITCHEN
• Granite counter tops, sink, floor tile, and bar.
• Smooth top range with self-cleaning oven, refrigerator, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, and disposer.
• Fully equipped with new serving plates, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans. ( everything you need for at home cooking)
LIVING/DINING ROOM
• Ample room for everyone/great space.
• Comfortable furnishings( including a sofa sleeper)
• Electric Fireplace with heater Infrared, with crackling sound
• 50” TV ( free satellite cable at your leisure)
• Beautiful dining table- seats 6 and up to 10 for larger gatherings.
OTHER AMENITIES
• Free wireless internet throughout unit - new additional internet access, faster and without restrictions, has been installed.
• Washer and dryer in unit
• Large south-facing, sunny deck with terrific view of Mount Crested Butte and surrounding peaks
• Hot tub available for guests overlooking Mount Crested Butte and surrounding peaks (Operating hours at the gate of the hot tub)
• Unit comes with one attached covered parking spot and one additional outdoor spot.

This property is extremely clean, comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance to Mt. Crested Butte. Sylvain was very flexible with check-in/out times and very prompt in communications. I would highly recommend this stay to others and hope to visit it again in the future.

I and several of my longtime friends rented this condo and it was perfect. The unit was clean and everything we needed to have a comfortable trip. The condo is about a 5-10 minute walk from the base of Crested Butte which is perfect for a ski trip.I highly recommend this condo and am interested in staying here again.
