Our newly restored 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom spacious apartment is just 1/2 a block from the Sonoma Plaza. Enjoy all that Sonoma has to offer from this amazingly convenient location.
Located on the first floor the apartment offers a full kitchen with gourmet coffee and cooking supplies. Each bedroom and bath has high quality linens, towels and bedding. Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and full bath, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and full bath. The living room has a 42" smart TV with cable and wifi provided. The kitchen is bright and spacious with seating for four. There is ample parking in the rear of the building. There is a second 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment upstairs that can be rented separately for families or friends traveling together.(VRBO#880383)

The location of this rental was so incredible. That was absolutely the best part and that is saying a lot because the property itself was immaculate, comfortable, and just everything we look for in a rental. We were in the downstairs unit. The upstairs unit did also have guests, and there was some noise late at night, but it wasn’t terrible, and I still think this rental exceeds even a five star rating. We would 100% try to book this place again on our next trip to the area, we just might try to get the upstairs unit first. We would absolutely still take the downstairs unit, however if the upstairs was not available. Things that both my husband and I are picky about that this place met and exceeded in terms of expectations – Beds are extremely comfortable, water pressure in the bathrooms is great, there are suitcase stands in each room and plenty of hangers and drawer space for everyone to comfortably unpack. Tasting rooms, amazing restaurants, and adorable shops are all barely a block away from this apartment’s location. We spend hours pouring over the pictures and reviews when choosing a VRBO, I can honestly tell you that we are so glad we chose this place for our trip to Sonoma and have already recommended it to friends heading to the area next year.

Four sisters got together. It was a real home away from home. So nice to have a kitchen and a real dining table as opposed to the hotel we stayed in last year where we had to improvise around a coffee table. We all made comments like,”I want to live here.” And a half-block to Sonoma square. Fit our needs perfectly. Hope to do again next year.

We have stayed here many years in a row and are looking forward to many more years. We travel to Sonoma annually to visit family and always book Samantha's home. The set up is perfect with each bedroom having their own en suite and the location can't be beat. Just steps away from all that Sonoma has to offer. Parking is ample behind the home and we never have any issues accessing the home. The furnishings are stylish, kitchen is stocked, and everything is always clean. We're looking forward to future visits!

As a few other reviews said, the pictures really do not do this VRBO condo justice. This condo was spotlessly clean and very cute. We did not utilize the full kitchen, but you could definitely cook a full dinner here. The bedrooms (very comfy beds) are about the same size (both with fabulous attached bathrooms). This condo has air conditioning and a washer/dryer (both essential). The location is amazing. This condo is half a block from the main square in Sonoma. You are steps from major restaurants and tasting rooms (no exaggeration). My favorite part about this condo was the seamless, super easy check-out; I believe the only request from Valarie upon check out is to turn the air conditioner off.

Our small group had a fantastic time at this property. Not only is the rental itself clean and comfortable, it is perfectly located outside of the main square in downtown Sonoma. Most nights we walked to dinner and on Sunday the square was full of activities. Our host was so easy to communicate with and I couldn’t imagine a better place to have stayed for our trip. 11 out of 10 would stay again!!!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple for a winery weekend and loved it. The location is fabulous, and the apartment was decorated beautifully. We could hear some footsteps from the unit above throughout the stay, so if you are sensitive to that, rent the upper unit, but it wasn’t too bad! Would absolutely stay here again!
