About this apartment rental
The complex is nestled in the center of town up the hill in a lush botanical garden setting. These units were built on bedrock by an American company in the late 1970's. Located four blocks from the malacon and night life with stunning views of Puerto Valarta's Bay of Banderas and city from various locations on a one block enclosed property with 81 condominiums and 24 hour guarded entrance access. The property has pool and Palapa and 2 patios with barbecue pits and first come parking for guests. The temperatures are usually 10 to 15 degrees cooler here than in town because of the gentle breeze the hill affords. Some of PV's best restaurants are located within a few blocks or less. Internet access.

prime location central to all of the fun things Puerta Vallarta offers. Grounds are beautiful...condo is as pictured...delightful little respite. Enjoyed the Day of the Dead decorations...Ron easy to work with...very accessible by text. Loved every moment of my stay.

Everything was as pictured and advertised. The host is extremely nice and easy to reach. Everyone who stays and lives at the condos seems friendly and laidback. And the front desk team could not have been nicer.
