About this apartment rental
The complex is nestled in the center of town up the hill in a lush botanical garden setting. These units were built on bedrock by an American company in the late 1970's. Located four blocks from the malacon and night life with stunning views of Puerto Valarta's Bay of Banderas and city from various locations on a one block enclosed property with 81 condominiums and 24 hour guarded entrance access. The property has pool and Palapa and 2 patios with barbecue pits and first come parking for guests. The temperatures are usually 10 to 15 degrees cooler here than in town because of the gentle breeze the hill affords. Some of PV's best restaurants are located within a few blocks or less. Complete with high speed Internet access.

Our stay was great, we like the walk up to the apartment it help work off the Taco's and beers better than any stair masters lol. The two bedroom apartment was clean and tidy, it had all the amenities that we needed, its a Mexican Vacation stay if you're into modern this is not for you but if you like the rustic feel like we were looking for this is it. The pool is private with local residents and other guests mingled together with. The 24 hr door service was a great touch no matter what time you got there someone was always there to greet you. Ron was always available to answer our questions, Thank you Ron for a great stay.

Spent a few days here over Christmas 2023. The host Ron was very responsive by email with helpful suggestions on how to navigate from the Puerto Vallarta airport, and for restaurants. The staff at this gated condominium were helpful and friendly. We tried streaming a movie on the TV on Christmas Day but seemed a bit glitchy - maybe buffering? It worked fine on my iPad. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The deck overlooking the neighborhood and oceanfront was great. It’s a walk up a couple flights of stairs to get back from the malecon but pretty quick. Only three blocks away from the ocean.

The condo is colorful and fun with huge doors that open wide from the main family room and master bedroom. It's shaded on the porch with lush foliage all around. The complex is beautiful with nice pool and lots of beautiful plants and flowers. It is a steep walk up a zig-zag staircase from the waterfront. If you don't want to walk you can take a taxi or Uber. It is centrally located, so we often walked to the Malecon, Riu Quale, or Romantic zone and sometimes took a taxi back. Erika at the front desk is very helpful and can book reservations or call taxis for you. We would definitely stay there again.
