The object is a high-quality apartment with a spacious sun terrace in southwest orientation with stunning views towards the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. The 2018 completed house is located in the heart of the seaside resort Altefähr only 150 meters from the harbor and the 2014 beach promenade on the hillside of Klingenberg away from the hustle and bustle. The 77 square meter large with underfloor heating and free Wi-Fi apartment has a spacious bathroom with infrared cabin, a cozy bedroom with extra TV and a spacious living room with fold-out sofa bed (mattress 1.50 x 2.00 m), open kitchen, bar area and large Panoramic windows, from which one offers a great view towards Stralsund. The 28 square meter terrace invites you to extensive breakfast, sunbathing and cozy barbecues. In addition, an underground parking space (with car charging station) belongs to the apartment. On request, we can provide you with a highchair, a cot or an extra guest bed ready. Appointed in 2016 to the seaside resort of Altefähr offers everything for a relaxing reprimand holiday: a picturesque harbor with boat rentals / surfing and sailing school, a newly landscaped beach with DLRG tower and beach volleyball court, nice restaurants and cafes in the immediate harbor, a high ropes course in the adjacent spa park, cycling and hiking trails, a ferry to the Hanseatic city of Stralsund during the summer season. For golfers 2 beautiful golf courses are easily accessible. A stand up paddle board can be borrowed on request. As a special highlight, experience the spectacular view from Altefährer Strand to Stralsund at sunset! Furthermore, the Seebad Altefähr is the ideal starting point for all activities on the island of Rügen!
