Wow. If you’ve always wanted a fantastic view and plenty of vacation comforts, then the Anja vacation apartment is the perfect choice for you. This 2-room apartment, measuring just over 75 m², is located on the first floor and is easily accessible by elevator. It boasts a unique view from its south-facing balcony, which is approximately 30 m² in size. Equipped with comfortable patio furniture and elegant lounge furniture, it offers a spectacular panoramic view of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund—a UNESCO World Heritage Site—the Strelasund strait, and the small marina with boat rentals. Enjoy the longest sunset from here.


The modern living/dining area is approximately 32 m² and equipped with a Bose Wave system and a cozy sleeper sofa. A flat-screen TV and CD player provide entertainment. Thanks to the ceiling fan, you can enjoy a pleasant cool breeze even on warmer days.


The modern kitchenette blends harmoniously into the living/dining area. Amenities include, among other things, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and various small kitchen items.


The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, a flat-screen TV, and ample space for your wardrobe. In the bathroom of your vacation home, you’ll find both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a toilet, sink, and a hair dryer. A separate guest restroom is also available.


Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures a particularly comfortable living environment year-round.


During your stay, you’ll have access to free Wi-Fi and a safe. Of course, the apartment also includes a covered parking space right next to the building. Storage space for your bicycles is also available.


This wonderful non-smoking apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. We ask for your understanding—in the interest of our guests with allergies—that we do not allow pets.


You can use a washing machine at the harbor master’s office for a fee.

Note: Instead of the usual visitor’s tax, the seaside resort of Altefähr levies an overnight stay tax (as of 2023: 6%), which we have factored into the price calculation. The overnight stay tax helps fund, among other things:


- Tourist information and informational materials for your vacation
- Maintenance of the piers, public playgrounds, the spa park, and the town’s green spaces
- Events offered throughout the year
- Entertainment program for children on the beach during peak season (every Friday)
- Water rescue service (DLRG)
- Bathing water testing (May–September) and environmental activities (e.g., air quality measurements)
- Beach cleanup
- Provision of public restrooms
- Waste disposal in public areas
